I am bilingual by background and a polyglot by profession.
For years, I believed that mastering multiple languages was the greatest professional advantage. With experience, I realised that what truly matters is the clarity, confidence and impact of communication in demanding environments.

Today, I work with senior professionals who need their communication to match their level of responsibility.
My career has covered communication and languages from every relevant angle: academic, corporate and institutional.

Background

I have worked as a teacher, examiner, translator, interpreter and director of a language school, across multiple European countries.

What I bring today

I understand why traditional language training does not work in business environments.

The issue is rarely the language itself. It is the misalignment between:
  • role expectations
  • business context
  • cultural dynamics
  • and communication under pressure
This is why my work focuses on strategy, communication and decision-making — not language learning.

Why Montalk

Montalk exists at the intersection of experience and market need.
The higher the responsibility,
the greater the exposure.
The greater the exposure,
the higher the communication demands.

Yet neither formal education nor corporate training prepares professionals to communicate with authority in real scenarios.

Today, communicating effectively in another language is not optional.
It is a baseline requirement.
Languages open doors.

Communication determines what happens once they do.
